meet risha
Risha, a graduate of St. Olaf College, was honored when she was approached to help build this organization. Adopted from India and a former hockey player herself, she has experienced many of the setbacks one expects when playing in a predominantly white sport. Her personal background is what drives her passion to help others and ultimately work towards normalizing cultural diversity within hockey.
meet erik
Erik studies Industrial Design at the University of Minnesota. Having grown up playing hockey, he has seen the glaring privilege and discrimination throughout the sport. A drive to help those who have not had the same access, opportunities, or resources is at the heart of this initiative for him. He believes that diversity in hockey should reflect that of society and that there is a lot of work to be done to get to that point.
